Please print and fill out the the form and send, with a either a cheque or the completed Donation form, for £50.00 to the Sikh Missionary Society. If you would like a membership form to be sent to you please call us at the centre on or e-mail us your address to info@sikhmissionarysociety.org

The Society is a charitable organisation without discrimination of caste, colour, creed, country, race or sex. All who donate money to the Society under deed of Covenant shall be deemed to be a member.
